Who is Sam Cade? Netflix ‘Is It Cake?’ Invites a team of amazingly talented bakers to make real cakes in an effort to deceive the judges. If they do, they have a chance to win a few thousand dollars in each round, as well as a grand prize of $ 50,000, all the while demonstrating their edible ingenuity in the pursuit of their true love.
Among the professional cake artists of season 1, one of the most talented competitors was Sam Cade. Now, let’s find out all we need to know about his career track and his current position, right?
Who is Sam Cade?
Always a good toothbrush, Samantha “Sam” Cade began baking as a hobby while growing up in Dallas, Texas, but gradually turned into a real career. After all, even though she sold her first cake in his first year of high school, the idea of introducing Cade cakes came to him while she was studying Business at UT Austin.
“She’s in college,” she said in the series, “so everyone was trying to get bottles of liquor. So I [started] acting like tequila bottles or margarita and stuff like that, and it just went away. ”

Sam Cade actually worked at the local Tart Bakery and at the Momofuku Milk Bar in New York in different locations to get information because she knew she would have to learn to make a profit in order to keep up with her “expensive hobby.”
That’s why she launched Cade Cakes in 2012, following which word of mouth and her unexpected presence on social media were the results of her efforts. Sam then found himself on the original Netflix, where her creations proved that she deserved to be known as one of the best in her field, even though she could not always deceive the judges.
Where is Sam Cade Now?
Today, at the age of 28, Sam Cade owns and operates Cade Cakes in Dallas, which means she now sells custom, authentic cakes from her hometown. The best part, though, at least for us, is that she does not really stick to one type; whether it’s a book cake, plates of food, drinks, shoes, or regular cakes, or cookies, pies, and brownies, she does it all (and writes the same on her Instagram).
In addition, Sam offers even a few regular cakes/pies and jars of “Cake Guts” (which sounds like it), available not only for international shipping but also for international shipping.

It should be noted that Sam Cade had moved briefly to New York to attend a cake school, a place where her realities were highly valued and her artistic creativity was shaped.
Moreover, since Big Apple is a place full of opportunities, she worked hard to seize those opportunities, as evidenced by the fact that her fun has made its way into fashion events, sports games, and even ‘Saturday Night Live.’ In fact, it seems Sam’s job is just beginning, and we can’t wait to see what he’ll do next.
