Located on 881 7th Avenue, the site of a landmark event showcases the Renaissance Revival buildings. In hindsight, the Shaffer Conservatory is based on the prestigious Juilliard School. So, some recording seems to have taken place outside the world-famous center at 60 Lincoln Center Plaza.
In addition to calling it New York, the group filmed an important sequence episode in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, especially in the City of Angles. The brain activity sequence was completely recorded at the Orpheum Theater, representing the interior of Carnegie Hall. Located at 842 South Broadway in Downtown LA, the decoration of the venue provides a timeless feel and thus is the perfect setting for Carnegie Hall.

The filming took place again at the historic Palace Theater, 630 South Broadway in the city center. Another highlight of the film is Barclay Hotel, a two-star guest house on 103 West 4th Street in the city. Finally, the filming continued in Santa Clarita, a town in northern LA in the same region. “Whiplash.”
