‘MaveriX’ is an Australian sports drama series composed by Rachel Clements, Isaac Elliott, and Sam Meikle. The drama series chronicles the journey of six young motocross riders who form a team to compete for world titles and are not willing to give it all away. Topics or not, the biggest victory of a group of new riders is the friendship that grows in this process.

Where Was MaveriX Filmed?
‘MaveriX’ was recorded mainly in Australia, especially in Alice Springs and Adelaide. A series of games set up at the home of a dirt bike race in Australia, namely, Alice Springs, allows the storyline to feel more real.
The main photography of the first season seems to have started in February 2021 and ended more than two months later, probably in May 2021. Now, let us fill you in with all the details about some of the locations from this show.

The exhibition is set up against the spectacular background of Alice Springs, which features a few iconic landmarks of a town in the Northern Territory of Australia. Alice Springs-based production house called Brindle Films is responsible for producing this exciting motocross-centric series. Recording in this region even helped to provide employment opportunities for about 400 people during the first season of recording.

Known collectively as Alice or Alice, this village is located in the heart of the country. It is home to the Larapinta Trail, a 223-kilometer stretch near the West MacDonnell Ranges. It is considered one of the best travel destinations in the country. Over the years, the arid fenced grass of Alice Springs has appeared in various movies and TV shows, including ‘Pine Gap,’ ‘The Beautiful Land,’ and ‘The Soldier.’

In an interview with Screen Australia series producer, Sam Meikle shared, “It poured for about a day and a half, so much so that we lost half a day. If one of these bikes had a rope attached to it, you would have been riding on that track.
” The difference between the dusty and tropical Alice Springs area and the rainfall in Adelaide was seen by the cast and crew. However, Rachel Clements added that they could not afford to spend more time. So, the band tried and managed to finish the recording, thanks to the amazing actors and staff.
