They are finally released and continue their search. And Micah also throws all his efforts at hunting down his former friend and puts Holt Redding on trial. We also see how close they are to Micah, and it is confirmed that they are both lovers.

Poppy and Markus eventually tracked Rose down at the artist’s shelter, where he revealed to them that Micah had stolen his life story and written a book about it. Thus, a writer’s reputation is based on experience that is not his own. Holt Redding then disrupts their meeting and is fired by Markus, who is shot in the process. The episode closes with Redding finally in the cell.
