Our main character, Camila, was born with this defect. Her story begins as she is late for the wedding after taking pictures of the Marathon. While her husband Zechariah is waiting for her at the altar, she runs home and tries to get ready. When he fell to the altar, Zac rushed him to the hospital, where a doctor immediately ordered a heart transplant.
“The Marked Heart.”With his challenging and critical situation, Zacarias negotiated with an organized crime gang on a dangerous plan to gain an illegal heart. Sarmiento, who works with three doctors, is the leader of the organization. Drs. Robles, Caraassco, and Montejo are all doctors involved in this group.
