Supergirl Season 6 Episode 7: Recap
‘Fear Knot’ is the title of the seventh episode of ‘Supergirl season 6. This episode opens with Kara and Zor-El fleeing the destruction of Anchor and stabilizing part of the Phantom Zone. They are attacked by the Phantoms, and Kara meets the vision of her dead friends.
Around the world, just hours before the events in the Phantom Zone, Kara’s friends put their rescue plan on hold. J’onn transforms the Tower into a spacecraft, and the team uses Kara’s DNA found by Brainy and Nia to track Kara in the Phantom Zone. However, upon reaching the Phantom Zone, the group is attacked by a Phantom who has escaped captivity.
Phantom causes the group to experience Fear of Ideas. J’onn and Brainy remain unaffected by the power of the Phantom and capture him, setting up the Ideas of Fear. The episode ends with a group that rescued Kara and Zor-El and returned to earth with Nxxly secretly aboard the ship.
