Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles Season 1 Episode 8 Synopsis
Spirit Chronicles Season 1 Episode 7, ‘Land of Promises’ Rio finally reaches the Yagumo region, and he meets Juba, the head of the village, to know more about his parents. In a conversation with her about her past, Yuba reveals that she not only knew her parents but is actually her grandmother, finally he finds his family and knew about the reality that he has a cousin sister named Ruri. Yuba informs him that his parents left the village long ago for some reason.
But knowing what made them make such a decision, he would have to stay there for a while, and Rio agrees. He spends time with Ruri and gets to know Sayo and his brother Shin. The next day Yuba asks for Rio’s help in escorting a delegation to the royal capital where the goods are to be sold. While they are doing this, Gon, the son of the head of a neighboring village, fights with Shin to make Sayo and Ruri uncomfortable.
Luckily Yuba intervenes before things get out of hand. But the following night, Gon and his friends sneaked into the house where Sayo and Yuri were sleeping and began attacking the last one. But Rio arrives quickly and beats Gon and his friends black and blue. In episode 8, Rio can learn more about his genealogy and his parent’s past. Sayo can start feeling for him when he knows nothing about it.
