In Scarlet Nexus Season 1 Episode 10, Yuito’s brainwave analysis while using psionics reveals that it has a direct relationship with Kunad Gate. Meanwhile, Fubuki admits that although he knew it would be abused, he had told Seiran to build a bad research center for people and others to save Alice. As Nagi sees Naomi’s flexibility, Yuito’s team plans to enter the center to retrieve data from her memory. Karen meets with Kasane’s team to inform them of the relationship between Kunad Gate and Yuito’s psionics. It confirms the idea that he was told by Yuito from the future.
When Yuito’s team enters the research center, they meet a completely different Nagi who does not hesitate to try to kill them. He holds the main character as a captive and captures each member of the group. Yuito loses consciousness and has a vision of his younger days when his mother took him to a suspicious examination. When he wakes up, he finds himself and the rest of the group tied to their chairs with machines. The doctor you’re trying to tell tells you you’ve known him for a long time.
After analyzing his new victim, he decides to kill Yuito and take his brain for further investigation, but luckily his friends saved him at the right time with the help of Fubuki.
