Married at First Sight Season 13 Episode 12’ provided an overview of what the future holds for the couple. Bao was seen on a depressed plane after Johnny’s recent explosion during dinner, but his desire to spend more time with him raised emotions. However, that did not last long as Johnny admitted that he could try to make her feel worthwhile for a few moments before hitting the apartment.
Johnny even went alone to a family party where everyone asked him about his wife’s absence. He said he may have been sitting at home staring at his phone and in fact, Bao was cooking for them. Difficulties in their marriage caused Pastor Cal to intervene and make Johnny realize that his expectations were unreasonably high.
Meanwhile, Myrla wanted to stay with Gil after the end of the show, when Rachel’s plan to visit Europe clashed with Jose’s decision to take a trip across Texas.
Brett wanted to break up with her husband Ryan by making him attend group meetings. He later admitted that he did not approve of Brett’s lifestyle, especially when it came to hygiene. Therefore, Alexa advised him to pass the information on to his wife.
Similarly, Gil was concerned that his wife’s intimacy in exploring new things could be a problem in the future. Eventually, Ryan asked Brett if they could sleep in separate rooms because he had been denied sleep, but he did not address his real issues.
