JoJo Siwa celebrated his anniversary by coming out as a member of the LGBTQ community with a sympathetic post shared on Instagram on Sunday.
“For the past 365 days, I have felt the love of more people than ever before. Last year today I posted this photo and shared with the rest of the world that I am gay, ”he quoted a returnee photo of himself wearing the T-shirt he used to wear, which read“ Very good. Gay. Cousin. Always. ”

JoJo Siwa, 18, explained that she was frequently asked if she had ever been “terrified,” and she told him, “yes, it is.”
“Anything different about you is scary, yet … it’s what I can do… so I was not afraid to share it with the world,” she said.
The dancer also revealed that people often asked her if she was worried about going public with her young fans and telling children about her sexuality.
“I really feel like I was set up in this world to be a good role model for children, and to let all the children of the world know that to love everyone for who they are no matter what I will always believe and share,” he explained.
The former “Dance Moms” singer then reminded her fans that people should be allowed to love whoever they want, and thanked her fans for supporting her over the past year.

JoJo Siwa also celebrated a milestone with a lively speech during his concert in Bakersfield, Calif., On Friday, the Daily Mail reported.

JoJo Siwa started speculating that she was gay after she posted a video on TikTok singing Lady Gaga’s song “Born This Way” in January 2021, aligning her lips, “Whether gay, straight or bi, lesbian transgender life / I’m on the right track baby, I was born to live. ”
The next day, she posted a photo of herself wearing the “Best. Gay. Cousin. Always. ” A t-shirt that led fans to think he was out. Two days later he confirmed he was part of the LGBTQIA + community.
She later clarified that she was referring to herself as a queen and pansexual, saying, “My man is my man” in April 2021.
JoJo Siwa revealed that she was dating Kylie Prew in February 2021, the couple made their own red carpet full of PDA about seven months later. The two split in November.
JoJo Siwa also made history last year by becoming the first person in the US version of “Dancing With the Stars” to compete with same-sex partners.
