Chrissy Teigen celebrates 50 days of self-control.
“It’s been about a year but I had a few hiccups (wine) on the street,” Chrissy Teigen wrote on Instagram on Saturday next to his video with his children Luna and Miles.
The 35-year-old model added, “this is my longest time so far!”
Chrissy Teigen explained that he was not sure if he would stop drinking permanently, but it no longer worked “in any way.”
“I’m not happy anymore, I don’t dance, I don’t feel comfortable,” wrote a mother of two. “I’m sick, I sleep and I wake up sick, I miss what could have been a good night.”
In December 2020, he revealed that he had been sober for at least a month and that he had been “disgraced” among other things, such as inability to sleep, caused by alcohol.
She also honored Holly Whitaker’s book, “Quit Like a Woman: The Radical Choice to Not Drink in a Culture Obsessed with Alcohol,” for her decision to become sober.

It has never been a good year for Teigen, who was “canceled” after model Courtney Stodden called the author “Longing” in May for online sexual harassment on social media in 2011.
Stodden, who came out as a non-binary player in April, said Teigen was sending secret messages that said things like, “I can’t wait for you to die.”
Chrissy Teigen, who is well-known on social media, apologized before nightfall on Twitter and Instagram. A month later he apologized again, writing, “Not even a day, not a single minute ago in which I never felt the depressing weight of remorse for what I had said in the past.”
Since then he has spoken of being a member of the “club council,” vowing he would not “participate in anyone’s pursuit anymore.”
