However, when Colby chose Lauren as his partner, Nate realized how difficult it would be to watch his girlfriend live with someone else. So, strangely enough, he got down on her knees and asked for a wedding from Lauren, who seemed happy to give her permission. So, after their engagement, the couple abandoned the practice and walked out of the show together.
In her proposal, Nate told Lauren that he was ready to marry him. he expressed how the desire to have children kept her from seeing the love they had for each other and promised that he would be by her side no matter what her decision to have children in the future. However, by the looks of it, Nate and Lauren have split up and are living an independent life. Although Nate seems ready to give up her dreams for so long, it seems to be a very difficult task as the two have not been featured on social media in a long time.
Even though the couple is following each other on Instagram, and Nate even likes Lauren’s many posts, she has never contacted him on the platform. So, while we would like to be sure we are wrong, the apparent distance between Nate and Lauren makes it seem like they are not together yet.
